i have acer aspire 5920 laptop and i get problem. it has no sound. i have tried everthing i know to get the sound working. if anyone has ever had this problem berfore or knows why this is happening please respond
I have also an Aspire 5920, but with no sound problems. Have you checked the mixer settings (Volume Control). The internal speaker is called “Surround”. The so-called “Front” controls the front socket, where you can plug-in a headphone. After that you may also change the master channel to control the volume.
I have exactly the same problem with an Acer 6592G using Windows XP Prof. also bought 3 month ago. I’ve also tried the updating procedure and was unsuccessful too. It does not seem to be a problem with VISTA.
good job dude … I have tested this driver with my acer aspire 5920-6864 and it works quite well.
