Acer Travelmate

The Acer TravelMate 3280 notebooks use Intel Core Duo processors up to 2.16GHz with an Intel 945GM integrated 3D graphics, featuring Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 and up to128 MB of VRAM. They also feature a built-in DVD/CD-RW combo drive or, depending to the model, DVD Dual drive. The 256/512MB DDR3 memory is scalable to 2.0GB and the ATA/100 Hard Disk is a minimum 60GB.

The TravelMate 8371G revives the 13.3″ widescreen LED formula seen in the Liquid Metal and even shares its Intel ULV Dual Core SU9400 processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 and and functionality of regular size notebooks.

The TravelMate 8331 includes a Intel Celeron processor, 4 GB DDR3 1066 MHz memory, High definition audio support, multimedia card reader and Acer bio Protection finger print reader. The output is being taken care of by an Intel GMA 4500MHD GPU

TravelMate 8210 integrates a 15.4-inch LCD widescreen display, Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and the ATI Mobility X1600 integrated graphics chipset to deliver truly high performance computing power, the TravelMate 8210 also features wireless connectivity.

The TravelMate 8200 notebook configuration is comprised of an Intel Core Duo processor running at 2.0GHz, 2GB of RAM, a 15.4″ WXGA screen display, a 1.3 megapixels built-in webcam, ATI Radeon X1600 256MB graphics and Wi-Fi network connection.

The TravelMate 8172Z offers Intel Core processor, and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD. Moreover, it includes just about all the connectivity options you might expect from a portable computing system, including an 802.11n Wi-Fi adapter, Ethernet adapter, 4-in-1 card reader, S-Video, Bluetooth 2.1, etc.

TravelMate 8172T is equipped with an Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5 CPU, Intel HD Graphics with 128 MB of dedicated system memory, Acer Crystal Eye webcam with 1280 x 1024 resolution and HDMI port with HDCP support.

The TravelMate 8172 notebook’s configuration includes Intel Core i3 processor, 11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.0 + HS (high speed) wireless PAN and Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, Intel HD Graphics and VGA video outputs, Acer Crystal Eye webcam, 1280 x 1024 resolution.

The TravelMate 8100, like many mainstream laptops, comes with a sparse selection of software. You get CyberLink’s PowerDVD player, NTI’s CD Maker disc-burning app, and Acer’s eManager utility for establishing passwords and other system settings.
